About Face 2 Faith:
a Month of Prayer and Action

In 2005 the Methodist Youth Conference challenged the Methodist Church to dedicate a month to prayer for improved relationships between people of different faiths. It pointed to the 'hostile and untrue' things that are said about some faiths, particularly Islam. Inter faith action, they decided, was hugely important as a way of challenging this. And the first step could be prayer.

The Methodist Conference rose to the challenge.
February 2007
was the month. Methodists in England, Scotland and Wales prayed for better relations between faiths and acted to bring this about.  A photo competition was also launched.

Churches are still encouraged to join in. Tell your stories about working, living alongside and sharing life experiences with people of different faiths.

This website will remain live until after the Methodist Conference in July 2007, to encourage ongoing prayer and action - and photo-taking.
